Re: Sims 4 won't display on screen

@MrGreenTreez  Your dxdiag lists a couple of crashes of a component of the Nvidia graphics driver, so it's worth doing a clean uninstall and reinstall of that driver.  Here's how:

If that doesn't help, please let me know what kind of install the base game is—EA App, Steam, Epic, something else—and where your packs are from.  How to deal with install issues depends on the platform in question.

I appreciate your help thus far. I did the complete uninstall/reinstall process with DDU in safe mode and the game is still showing in Task Manager but not on the screen. The game is currently installed with the EA loader but I had also installed it through Steam before and had the same problem. I attached another dxdiag just in case.

@MrGreenTreez  Please do a clean uninstall of Sims 4 and the EA App with Revo Uninstaller.  Here's a detailed description:

If you own any packs through Steam, reinstall the game through Steam; otherwise, reinstall through the EA App.  Don't add any other content yet: no mods or custom content, no lighting tweaks or Reshade, nothing at all.  Just see whether you can play.

If you can't see the game, try forcing it to open in windowed mode.  Go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, open Options.ini, search for fullscreen , and set it to 0 (zero).
