@Izziepls That means that whatever the problem was, it's contained to the folder you moved. So you'll need to test the files inside that folder. Start with your mods and custom content, if you use any; you can use the 50/50 method if you have a lot of files to go through.

Once you've done that, you can transfer the contents of saves and Tray, plus Screenshots or Recorded Videos if you want to save these. (They don't need to be inside the Sims 4 folder either; you can open them from elsewhere.) The other files don't need to be transferred, as the game will generate fresh copies.
