- Anonymous8 years agoOkay I am finally up and running. As far as I can tell it was a combination of a problem with my Nvidia and with my bullguard antivirus. I uninstalled and reinstalled my GEForce Experience plus completely uninstalled Bullguard (I will now be using AVG, which I know will allow Sims 4) and that seems to have fixed the problem. On BullGuard it said that TS4.exe, Origin.exe and authorizationUI were all allowed but that didn't seem to make a difference. On my graphics processor by choosing play sims 4 from GE Force experience once it had been reinstalled instead of from Origin Sims 4 started working again. Hope that helps anyone else with the same problem.
And thanks so much to the two of you who helped me. - crinrict8 years agoHero+
