Re: Sims can't interact
After moving your mods folder to desktop delete localthunbcache.package file in game folder and fix the game in Origin,
If it will be not help , go in game to City Management panel / Family Management. Move your family to any empty lot and check if you can control your sim now. If problem disappeared move them back.
