Re: sims icon missing

@doloresjean  If you click Sims 4 in your game library, then Manage > Manage add-ons, do you see Cats & Dogs on the list?  If so, let me know whether it shows as installed or you see a Download button; of course click the Download button if it's there.

If C&D isn't listed under Manage add-ons, please login to ea.com, open Account Settings > Order History, find the purchase on the list, and let me know whether it shows as completed, processing, or failed.
