Re: sims says i dont own packs

@baby_klown666  Did you buy your packs from EA, from a third party, or from Steam?  If you sign into the EA App and click Sims 4, do your packs show as owned under Manage > Manage Add-ons?  And do they show as installed, or can you download them?  If you own the game in Steam, please check there instead.
