Sadly no..I can't contact them. That country option isn't language but their contact preferences. I've tried and every time they're showing phone for UK and Ireland..in other words, there's absolutely no way someone can help me :'( this is one of worst support I've ever seen for a game site/app 😞
I've looked up their other answers on page and got nothing that is similar to my problem.
I just bought this game and few packages, spent tons of money but it seems it was complete waste of time and money ☹️
Sadly one thing is certain...I'm not gonna buy anything from this app again, including subscription.
I'm sad to say this but unless they fix these issues, there's just no use to invest in this.
