  • Sadly no..I can't contact them. That country option isn't language but their contact preferences. I've tried and every time they're showing phone for UK and Ireland..in other words, there's absolutely no way someone can help me :'( this is one of worst support I've ever seen for a game site/app 😞

I've looked up their other answers on page and got nothing that is similar to my problem.

I just bought this game and few packages, spent tons of money but it seems it was complete waste of time and money ☹️

Sadly one thing is certain...I'm not gonna buy anything from this app again, including subscription.

I'm sad to say this but unless they fix these issues, there's just no use to invest in this.

Thank you tho for trying to help me.

Oh, that's no good! Thanks for letting me know.

However, I do hope another helper happens by, with more ideas, as its now "sleep time" for me, even though its early a.m.. has been a very busy week.

Will check back tomorrow and see..

  • @Sashas0nic Ok. Good night ^^"
I'm GMT+1 so still not so late here. I'll try to contact them, gonna search their site to see if there's some other way so we'll see tomorrow.

@AlisaSweets  You should be able to access live chat in the language/country of your choice, just by changing the location listed in the upper right corner of the browser window.  If it's not working, try a different browser.

By the way, do you use a VPN, and if so, have you tried disabling it?  Does your computer have wifi, and if so, have you tried using your phone as a mobile hotspot?  (Make sure it's using data, not your home network.)  I'm not suggesting this is a permanent solution, but it's a good way to test whether the issue is your connection, ISP, or router, rather than your computer.

@puzzlezaddict Hy guys. It was so late here after this was finally solved that I went to sleep.
Anyway, yes I saw the chat option later on and contacted them. On first round it didn't help because they thought at first that it was issue with syncing so I did all those steps for clearing cache which didn't solved anything.
But second time this guy Evan helped out and found the issue. He said that issue was that some different version, my guess steam version because I first tried that subscription, was overlapping with current and with that blocked my account from downloading or even using the game. When I first tried sims I actually first used steam subscription but steam+origin apps were making my pc very laggy and games even crashed on me so I decided to just use Origin and its subscription this time. It seems that something(that's only my guess tho) was left on my account which caused these issues. What I wish is that I could remove those games from steam off the list but there's no such option.
Anyway, long story short, he fixed it and it's working fine now 🙂
Also thank you all here for helping me.
