Re: Sims4 Origin to EA app

I moved your post from the EA app boards to the Sims 4 boards, as the issue is not related to the EA app.

Regarding the situation you're in; this is working as intended, as the in-game progress of The Sims 4 is only saved locally and not in the cloud (this is due to its size).

If you still have access to the old laptop, you might still be able to find the saves in the "C:\Users\<YourName>\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves" folder, after which you maybe can transfer them over to the new laptop.

Thank you, I had clicked on so many areas!

I do have access to the old laptop (just not right now) so was unsure if the folder would be Origin instead of EA and if it was would it be compatible.
