@SimplayShel Are you getting any error messages with that ?

Any mods/cc in your game ?

    I don’t have any mods I have cc but it’s hair and clothes that I know all work and I’m not getting any error messages it just goes to a loading screen then the maps

    @SimplayShel Is it just the magic realm you can't load ? Can you travel to other lots ?

    Did you try if you can travel to the magic realm with a different Sim ?

    Also try repairing your game through Origin by right clicking on it.
