Did you save your game in the state where your cc as missing before turning the mods back on or did you turn them back on right away ?

Now that you mention it, I did. I had been building and realized I had forgotten to turn my mods back on, so I saved my progress and restarted my game. I guess thats why all of my sims are bald and missing their clothes 😢

Most definitely. If you save the game in that state, the cc is gone for good.
Do you maybe have a backup ?
