Bulldozing the lot doesn't remove the dot.
New save:
Can't find dot.
Tested without mods of course.
Well, other user might have this problem too.

As you do not see it in your new save, it may well have been caused by mods/CC or some other corruption that occurred in your older game. While it may not be visually appealing, it shouldn't harm the actual functionality of your save, if you want to continue playing it, or if it really bothers you, you can consider switching play to the new save.
