SOLVED. All I had to do was go into the game itself, go to "GAME OPTIONS", then select "OTHER" and then check "ENABLE CUSTOM CONTENT AND MODS".

When I go into my game options and enable my custom content, then restart the game, the game wants to freeze when choosing a town to play in or when I try to create a sim. I would love to use my custom content with the new get together game, but I have been having this issue since the Origin update that day BEFORE Get Together was released and downloaded onto my computer. Any thoughts on how to fix?

i dont have an option to enable cc in my game settings
- @nicashii_ I tried that 10 times and counting and it didn't work. Got on to Sim, went to settings, then to "OTHER", clicked on "ENABLE CUSTOM CONTENT AND MODS", Saved, got out of Sims and then went back in. Didn't work, tried again, didn't work, tried again, etc, etc
can you help me i got custom content app on my laptop and i dont know how to get it propply on sims 4
i spent £4.19 on that custom content why is it not worked please help me
