Re: [Solved] Sims 4 : Custom Content Not Showing After Update
When you create a new Sims 4 folder, it should be able to be found at: C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
Is this not where your Sims 4 folder is at? If it's on OneDrive, like Jpkarlsen mentioned it needs to be disabled or uninstalled.
How To: Turn off, disable, or uninstall OneDrive - https://support.office.com/en-us/article/turn-off-disable-or-uninstall-onedrive-f32a17ce-3336-40fe-9c38-6efb09f944b0
Sims 4 and OneDrive don't work well together. The game won't recognize it's files, if they aren't in \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4. If they're not. The game can't read those files.
