Do you still have the cloud hovering over the crater or did that go away ?
There aren't that many weather changes in StrangeVille as it's a desert town

i think i fixed it. i used the weather station and it failed and switch to a thunderstorm (the icon changed to it) ever since then the weather has been working properly for me.
