Re: [STEPS UPDATED] Newly-purchased DLC not appearing

I redeem a code for the Horse Ranch expansion pack but the game does not appear in library, when i open sims however, it says I already own the pack. I have restarted, logged in and out and even re installed the EA app but nothing has worked, help!!
