Re: [STEPS UPDATED] Newly-purchased DLC not appearing

Keeping an eye on this post in hopes someone has idea because I cant find any other support through EA either. I purchased High School Years and Growing together on PC/EA app and received the receipt via email. When i open sims the two new worlds are greyed out, saying i need to restart my game once the packs are downloaded, but nothing will download. Both EA and in-game browser only allow me to purchase again, so they're not picking up that the packs are already owned, when i look under manage add-ons they dont show there either.
