Exact same is happened to me moments ago. Purchased the Cats & Dog pack + My First Pet Stuff. EA app doesn't show as purchased but in game shows as owned

- @crazytetris1992 same here, purchased city living, get famous and seasons. the money is gone from my account but the packs wont show up in add ons on ea so i cant download them. i am still able to purchase them again on ea store but they show up as in library when i check in sims themselves. also happened litterally like 15 minutes ago and ive been trying everything to get them but nothing works ☹️
