@berlinnybee Update: I've been periodically restarting the EA Epp in the hopes that the issue would be resolved, and I now can see the packs in my add-ons and am now able to download them

hmm, I'll have to try that a few times - It's taking a shorter time for me to get logged in now, so maybe the server traffic started to die down and now they're (The servers) finally able to start catching up with purchases?
- I'm having exactly the same issue. 2 and half hours and counting. I've gone into the game, says I own the pack but need to download to use. Gone into order history, order fulfilled. However gone into the EA app and apparently I don't own it and they want me to pay for it.
Just don't understand why this is so awful and the fact that there is no live chat function in 2023 is a joke haha @ehadleygardner Huh, that's about when I started having the same issue. I'd say 'Have you tried doing blank,blank, or blank' but I've tried basically everything but throwing my laptop out a window, so unfortunately it seems EA's servers are being funky.
