Re: [STEPS UPDATED] Newly-purchased DLC not appearing

I had this issue purchasing "City Living" and "Get Famous" like 40 minutes ago. I read half this thread and tried everything they suggested and it didn't work.

I don't know what magic caused this to happen, but I went back to the EA app and chose to Redeem the free "My First Pet Stuff". It downloaded. Then I went to the Sims 4 Game and clicked "Manage" (just like I had been doing the last half hour) and suddenly, because I successfully downloaded The Pet Stuff, my other packs were available to download.

If you already have the Stuff Pack then I'm not sure what else you would download to jumpstart the app. Good luck to you all and hopefully EA actually fixes it.
