Re: [STEPS UPDATED] Newly-purchased DLC not appearing

I purchased the Sims 4 add-on High School years..... I have a BRAND NEW POWERFUL LAPTOP and have tried ALL troubleshooting, installing/re-installing, clearing cache, and re-downloading the app and I still cannot install my add-on. The purchase went through and I have the confirmation from EA that the purchase was complete, however, the game still shows in my EA library as still unowned..... I AM VERY VERY BEYOND FRUSTRATED and angry about this, in addition YOU CANNOT GET ANY TECH SUPPORT OR HELP!  This is atrocious and I at this point want a refund, and I will make sure EA NEVER gets another dollar out of me nor anyone I know.....  I WANT THIS FIXED
