Re: [STEPS UPDATED] Newly-purchased DLC not appearing

Redeemed two codes - Sims 4 Growing together and Sims 4 Horse ranche, EA app accepted the codes and I clicked "Download" but nothing happened and I can´t see the games in my library or under Add-ons for the main game. I tried to reenter the codes again, but then the app stated that the codes were used. I have tried to reinstall the ea app, and clear cache but it has not helped.
