Same issue for me.
Attempts to contact support have been buggy/not successful. I was able to access live chat and despite laying out my issue the agent did not fully understand my problem and stated I had to wait until my bank accepted the payment when I kept insisting I used a credit card and the payment had cleared (along with confirmation of the order via email, the Sims game, and credit card statement).
At this point I just want a refund.
