@8casyyiwqjwi Are you having exactly the same issue, and without any mods or custom content? Please post a screenshot or two for reference, and please also confirm that you deleted the EP55 folder directly inside "The Sims 4," not inside The Sims 4 > Delta or anywhere else.
I don’t have any mods or custom content. This is what I saw after I downloaded the kit.
@8casyyiwqjwi Just to be clear, the content doesn't load in-game either? Please check in Build/Buy: you can try to filter by the kit, and it will be an option if and only if it's loaded.
If the pack hasn't loaded in-game, please let me know what country you're in, just in case this message is region-dependent.
