@EA_Solaire here's the proof
Hi @EA_Solaire i have the exact same issue as @StewieGeeKing would you kindly also look at this for me as well? I am missing the For Rent bonus content after ordering from Amazon UK, Attached is my invoice with my address and name obfuscated.

For purchases made through Amazon, you need to contact Amazon support directly for any missing content, or issues with your codes. Please see the article here for more information on issues with third-party purchases.
Hi @EA_Solaire Thank you so much for the reply. Unfortunately amazon told me to contact EA as they were not able to help. I am now not sure what to do?
Many ThanksI think the issue is because it was a code in a box so unsure how the process of issuing a code for the bonus content could be automated. If proof of Purchase can be supplied are EA able to manually add this content to my account?

Also, @EA_Solaire Another simmer within this same thread, had the same problem with their Amazon purchase and @EA_Cade managed to solve the issue for them without them going back and forth between EA and Amazon.
Furthermore, following providing my code to your live EA chat support agent, I was told that my code was eligible for the bonus items and that "the team" was aware of this issue and would be rolling out the bonus codes regionally to those who faced this issue with the "code-in-the-box"
Please can you check with your colleagues?

Hey all,
We're investigating this issue now with Maxis and our partners at Amazon to see what's going on with the early purchase bonus content.
Just a reminder that if you purchased For Rent from sites like CDKeys or InstantGaming we won't be able to assist you as those sites are not on our approved third party partners list. Thank you @EA_Cade & @EA_Solaire all your help has been and is really appreciated.
- StewieGeeKing2 years agoRising Scout@EA_Cade Thanks. I'm aware of your approved 3rd party partners hence why other than the EA app, I only purchase from Amazon as they usually provide a digital download. However, on this occasion, the only format available was the sealed code in a box.

Hi all,
The codes for the pre-order bonus items with For Rent should now be available with Amazon- if you've still not received your code, please reach out to Amazon directly so they can take a look with you.

can I ask you about my situation? I won the pack in a giveaway I don't know how it was obtained. I don't have the "street eats digital content" Is there still a way I can get it? thank you in advance.
I reached out to Amazon and was told I was not eligible, they are not offering the bonus content even though their site had a photo of the offer.

Hi @EA_Cade I received an official code from EA for a Giveaway on my website/forum MoonshineSim.nl. The recipient did not receive the bonus content after redeeming the code. What can be done about this?

Hi, my Fiancé gifted me the code in a box version of For Rent for Christmas and I didn't get any bonus items. Amazon UK are telling us to contact EA and EA are telling me to contact Amazon, I have run out of options. Can someone here please help me out?

Unfortunately, EA does not support games not purchased directly from them with a credit card - as several different support contacts have told me. So they are not going to help you if it was purchased from Amazon. Did you get any emails where you might have a second code? Or can you find a second code in the box?I never did get the Horse Ranch bonus content - similar problem. EA said it wasn't their problem since I hadn't bought from them, and GameStop said I should contact EA but since it was "while supplies last" if I didn't receive the bonus it probably meant that they were "sold out" - as if EA could run out of access to digital content.Edit: Apparently while the above used to be true, EA is looking to improve the system with For Rent and if you purchased it from one of the approved retailers and can show proof of purchase it’s worth contacting support.
- kopriana2 years agoRising Novice@PipMenace No emails with a code and the box has literally one piece of paper in. We managed to get a partial refund from Amazon but I would have much rather had the bonus content. Lesson learnt I guess..
