Re: stuck at customization

@puzzlezaddict I finally found a solution for my problem seems like i just had to delete all my files: electronic arts/ EA, all apps that contained the sims 4. I deleted them and restarted my computer and installed the game again. As i installed the game another problem occurred about not having anymore space in the game which i got help from the 5th post from this link https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-PC/The-game-has-run-out-of-memory/td-p/11218217
