I also kept having this problem, I have no idea why ☹️
I’ve tried going into properties and removing run as admin but nothing changed so I’m really not sure what’s wrong

@Sleeepy_iz What antivirus do you use? And did you remove the "run as admin" on all the executables in the Bin folder? Please double-check.
It’s working now! I double checked the bin folders again and made sure run as admin was turned off, I think I’d managed to miss something the first time!
