Holiday Celebration is a free pack, but upon claiming it you'll still be taken through the process of adding your payment information, although you will not be charged anything. Once you've added the payment info, you'll see the charge is free. 

If you're being prompted to pay for this pack after you've added your payment information, please attach a screenshot of what you're seeing (be sure to block out any personal payment info) so we can investigate into this.
