Re: the sims 4 : error code [135dec40:984c6a38:00000077]

Same problem here! Firewall and Kasperky are deactivated, reinstalled Origin for the 3rd time now and it still isn't working.. it is installed to the default location (C:\Program Files (x86) and C:\Program Files) as well.

I have a different error-code [135dec40:0dc6cf92:00000066] though.

Could you please run Windows System File Checker? Also please create a brand new Windows USer (an Admin user) and try launching the game from there.

Ok guys I know I have had you try most of this, but you could ry the following in the order below:

Manually uninstall Origin and the game

Run CCleaner

Do a Clean Boot and then reinstall Origin

Reinstall the game and try running it again

Done that and nothing. This is hopless no mater what I do nothing changes

Yes, it's very bad. I've the same difficulty with error code [135dec40:984c6a38:00000077]. All solutions doesn't work.....

it's not windows 8 'cause i have the same probleme as you and i'm with windows 7.
