I always open Origin when playing the game so I guess it's online (I can use Gallery)

Tried deleting cache files for both game and Origin as your instruction, but I still got the error notice 😕mileysad:

I get the error after installing mods/custom content and I follow instructions only putting .package files only but when i do put them in the mods folder and try loading the game i get that error and when i delete all the mods after reinstalling sims 4 it works. so can i not have custom content/mods?

Im having the same problem, but i dont want to delete my Sims 4 folder becasue i install CC

You have a faulty custom content and you can either try and find that or not play.

 I did the same thing just after tiresome trouble shooting i just deleted the whole sims 4 folder and it now runs cheers

DHow do I do that when my game won't start? I'm sorry,I'm just angry right now and that didn't help *sighs*

Are you using mods in your game ?

this link you provided I followed it and it did nothing. it might be because I have a mac not a pc/windows
