@RavenWuffles  Please disable any overlays you have running while you play: Steam, Discord, etc.  Disable Origin in-game as well: hover over your username, select Application Settings, then the Origin in-game header, and disable the option at the top.

If this doesn't help, please disable Game Bar.  It's a Windows function under Settings > Gaming.  And if that doesn't help either, disable Windows notifications while you play.
