    - Open the EA App.
    - Click your name/portrait on the upper right.
    - Click the "Manage" button next to your account name. This will open a browser window.
    - Click Order history. If it asks for verification, do that.
    - Click the + Button. If your order is still pending, there should be an option to cancel. Click that.

    Right now the EA site is swamped so it isn't loading for me. You may have some issues on your end as well.

    Click order history ( maybe name is different, I use another language on app. 5th one)
    Probably your sims purchase is processing. If I remember correctly I press + icon on the left, cancel my purchase request then bought it again.

    I'm sure I've done it from this page but cant find it because all my purchases now are failed or completed
