In the top right corner change the search to search for EA Account ID and enter ruthless_kk.
You will find it there. Most likely you also have it in your Library.

Tried that. Didn't work. I find her profiles and some of her content but I can't find specific things of hers.
The Gallery only shows content so I don't know where you are to see her profiles.
Once you have started The Sims 4 press F4 to open the Gallery then change to the Community tab.
From the top right dropdown box change from Item Name to EA Account ID and in the textbox enter ruthless_kk
Press enter to search. You will now see a listing of everything she has published in the Gallery.
Modernity is almost at the bottom.
Notice you could also search for the Item name Modernity but as it is a popular name you will get hundreds of results.
- I've searched her name through EA Account ID and the lot name through the item name. The lot doesn't show up in either search. I also noticed that online, where I can find the lot, it says below the lot a button that says remove from downloads. I pressed it to see if I could re-add it to my downloads but pressing the button does nothing.
