I've searched her name through EA Account ID and the lot name through the item name. The lot doesn't show up in either search. I also noticed that online, where I can find the lot, it says below the lot a button that says remove from downloads. I pressed it to see if I could re-add it to my downloads but pressing the button does nothing.
Please post a screenshot of what you see when you follow my instructions.
