Re: The Sims 4 screen flickering

Thank you so much! Trying that method with TS4_DX9_x64 fixed the problem for now. I didn’t noticed that I had to try on the other one. Is that mean I can remove the TS4_x64 or do I still have to keep it? I got my laptop as used about a year ago and it had been working fine with the graphic card until the December of last year. It would’ve been great if that issue showed up before my warranty expire. Maybe I have to see whether I should take it to the repair shop to see what the problem is, but thank you again for helping me out to fix the problem for now.

@dlgowjd05  The TS4_x64.exe is now only used when the game is running on DirectX 11, rather than DirectX 9 is it used to do.  TS4_DX9_x64.exe corresponds to DirectX 9.  So if you're only going to play in DX9 mode, you can delete the setting for TS4_x64.exe, at least for now.  But Sims 4 will go DirectX 11-only at some point in the future, so you might as well keep both, especially if you think you might forget to reapply it.
