@X1962X Try replacing the toilet and shower. If that doesn't help, try a different lot.
For the fishing, if it's a problem in Sulani, that's a known issue:
The excessive drinking of water has been a known issue for a long time. It's more common at some times than others but has never entirely disappeared, as far as I know.
