Re: The Sims 4 wont launch from the EA App

@2_turnt_tamarya  As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.

If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

@2_turnt_tamarya  Your computer only has 4 GB RAM and is using almost the entire page file too, which is where it stores spillover data that would normally be held in RAM but doesn't fit.  This could easily explain both why the game won't open and the Sims 4-related errors in your dxdiag.  So please try increasing the page file size using this guide, option three:

    https://www.elevenforum.com/t/manage-virtual-memory-paging-file-in-windows-11.8618/#Three

Set the minimum to 12000 and the maximum to 12288, restart your computer, and don't open anything other than the EA App before trying to launch Sims 4.

If this doesn't help, please restart your computer again, open the Task Manager, and take a screenshot of the Processes tab.  (I don't need to see everything, just whatever fits in the initial window, including the column headers.)  Then open the Startup tab and post a screenshot of the list of apps; in this case, I do want to see the entire list.
