Try taking out your mods folder, and place that on your desktop. See if the game runs without it.
If that doesn't work could you post a DxDiag?

Did you try taking out your custom content as @Phantomlover1717 suggested ?
Do you have any other EA games and do those work ?
Could you post a picture of how your game looks in Origin ? What does it say in stead of play ?
Have you tried repairing the game yet ?
I have tried to repair my game back in November when this problem began, however with no avail. I can try that again, though ^_^ Also, even though the screen says there are updates for the game, it won't allow me to update it.
Have you tried reinstalling the game yet ?
