@JewelJonah I understand that EA support said this was an EA problem. What I'm telling you is that statement doesn't mean anything. This is not a known issue on the EA side as far as anyone on these forums can see, and if it were, someone from EA would have made an official statement here. That is not the case.
I still think it's wotth trying the new admin account and the clean boot, as described. But if you want to wait for a fix from EA that is almost certainly not forthcoming, that's also fine.
