Okay I uninstalled the EA App, the green box was still popping up, so then I uninstalled Chrome. the green box stopped as far as I can tell. I think it's Chrome that is doing it.

@Janaque I have no idea why Chrome would be showing you that error, and I can't really help with that. But please let me know whether you can play Sims 4, and if not, what happens when you try.
