@puzzlezaddict Ok, i'm going to try it.
@puzzlezaddict I tried clicking on it in the bin folder but it didnt come up and i just went to repair game and it keeps stopping repair at finalizing. Im going to restart my computer and try again.

@Sims_Lover14333 Okay, so you can't launch TS4 from either a shortcut or its .exe, but can you launch it from the Play button in Origin? If so, try right-clicking on the .exe and selecting Run as Administrator.
@puzzlezaddict Yes and by clicking Run as Administrator, do you think it will affect my Sims 4 folder?
@Sims_Lover14333 No, it won't affect the folder. Running as an admin just ensures that the app gets to run with full permissions, or at least it should if there's nothing else blocking it.
If you want to be extra careful, you could move your Sims 4 game folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. The game will create a clean folder with no content the next time it's launched. That way, you can experiment all you want with the clean folder in place, and then you can put the old one back when you're done.
