Just to make absolutely sure. Did you open the Game folder and then the Bin folder?

Yep! I actually don't have a Bin folder. :| I never manually deleted it or anything. Any idea how I could get it back?
Could you post a screenshot of your game\bin folder ?
A repair def should reinstall the exe.
Holy crap! I found it after checking the folder one more time. Turns out my eyes kept missing it. Thank you so much for the patience, everybody.
