Typically, I use a usb wireless mouse to play but since I've downloaded it, everytime I open my sims game y mouse keeps jumping all over the screen making the game virtually unplayable. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game as well as turning off the edge scrolling. but nothing seems to work. This is the only time my mouse jumps. P
@42b9c3f81c28f9dd Do you have a laptop that supports pen/stylus input? If so, please try disabling that.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to your reply.

@puzzlezaddict Sorry for the late reply, but I tried to turn off the touchscreen function and when I tried to open the game my mouse was still jumping. It was worse than when I had it on. I've never run a dxdiag but I hope this is what you were looking for.
@42b9c3f81c28f9dd The touchscreen is a separate setting, one that hasn't been relevant to other users. Another player with your exact model laptop said this:
Disabling this in Device Manager >Human Interface Device>HID compliant pen has fixed the issue I am having.
