Could you send me your entire saves folder ? Zip it and upload to oneDrive or google drive.
Do you have any other houses disappearing ?

- @crinrict As far as I can tell, no other houses seem to be disappearing. I've uploaded the file to google drive and zipped it, there's only one save I have and it's the one this is happening to. How would I send it to you?

Sorry, I haven't been keeping up with responding, but I found a somewhat solution that worked for me. I realized that is the problem was something I couldn't resolve without deleting the save or going the route I did. I ended up just dropping my sim out of university and cheating her a degree, cause as much as I love uni in the Sims, it actually stresses me out a bit. After that, I moved her to a new house and kicked out all my "roommates" and nothing has gone wrong since. I hope this problem doesn't happen to anyone who actually wants to fully play through university, and I hope that it's a bug that can be realistically resolved. As for now, this is my only recommended solution.
