Re: Unrecognized Video Card

@RunaAster  Okay, let's try this another way.  Open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.  This will undo any changes you've made.

Next, open graphicscards.sgr, wherever it is, and crtl-F to search for 5916.  You'll see these lines:

card 0x1902 "Intel (R) HD 510" $cardLevelMedium $resolutionMedium
card 0x5916 "Intel (R) HD 620" $cardLevelMedium $resolutionMedium
card 0x5926 "Intel (R) HD 640" $cardLevelMedium $resolutionMedium

Changed the bolded 5916 to 5917.  Save the change, quit, launch Sims 4, quit, and check config.log again.  If it still says found: 0, please check the last modified date on the config file.  (You can see it next to the file name and type in a File Explorer window, if you're looking at the files and folders in list form.)  The last modified date should match the last time you opened the game.  If it doesn't, let me know.

If you do still get errors, please run another dxdiag and attach it to a post.  Your previous one listed an error related to the graphics card driver.  It might have been a single random event, but if it's a recurring error, that needs to be addressed as well.
