It would really help if you took the picture using the print screen button rather than a screen cap of your phone screen (unless you're somehow playing on your phone???), then paste it into a picture editing program. Paint (which comes with windows) will do. That is a tiny tiny image! And please don't resize it before posting. Check your photobucket options. I know it has some weird space saving option that crunches images and resizes them until you can't tell what you're looking at. You need to turn that off. We need a much bigger image where we can see what the problem actually is before we can definitely diagnose it.

I'm going to have a stab at a solution anyway, though 🙂 Do you have Raptr or other game tracking software installed? That looks like the box that pops up when you enable Twitch streaming via Raptr. But not quite - the icon is kind of green and not purple like the Twitch logo, but the rest of it looks exactly like the Raptr Twitch popup in-game. You might have their PlaysTv or something similar enabled? Try disabling streaming or capturing in Raptr and see if that helps. But that image is so tiny I'm just going off the "general impression" I get based on what I've see with Raptr and enabling Twitch streaming via that software in the past because I cannot actually see what the box says.
