As for what I would suggest, these two are the best I'm seeing for under £330; they're £270 and £300, respectively. They have the same graphics chip, so performance in Sims 4 should be roughly the same: you should be able to run the game on medium graphics settings with all packs installed. The second one is a bit newer, has twice the storage, and has a much nicer screen, so I would suggest that rather than the first if the slightly higher price isn't a problem.
