@infeqted0  Just so you know, if you did reinstall Sims 4, you could preserve your saves and other data.  But I don't think that's necessary at this point.

Please try launching the game in windowed mode.  Open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, select Game Properties > Advanced Launch Options, enter -w in the command line box, and save.  Then see whether the game works.

If it doesn't, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
