@leadanev  The first place to look would be the support site for your computer. The next place would be the manufacturer's support site. Audio issues are unusual and is usually a setting issue. First we need to know how your speakers are connected and the port it is connected to, to start.

    Im on my laptop and the sound works well everywhere else. I tried stteing a volume mixer and everything seems fine. In the sims 4 I have all the audio on 100%.  So I really dont know what else to check.
