@Scarlett_Wolf_02 The dxdiag is fine, and no, it doesn't need to be run while you play. The problem is obvious: your computer doesn't have a graphics driver installed, so it's using the Microsoft Basic Display Driver instead. This driver will run the game extremely poorly no matter what kind of hardware you have.
You can download the newest driver for your integrated graphics chip directly from Intel:
