I'm having this error as well but when I install the Revo Uninstaller, the EA app isn't on there. Any other suggestions so I can get back to simming?

@karlajamie99 It sounds like the EA App isn't installed at all. Whether your antivirus removed it or something else happened, I don't know, but the next step is to reinstall it.
If you use a third-party antivirus, set an exception for EADesktop.exe after installing the App.
